KUKA KR 560 R3100-2 with KR C5-2 controller is a very-heavy-payload 6-axis industrial robot from the KR FORTEC ultra family, offering a rated payload of 560 kg and a maximum reach of 3100 mm.

KR FORTEC ultra is KUKA’s current very-heavy-payload platform for large components, high inertia and demanding industrial processes. The modular double-rocker design is intended to provide high stiffness while controlling robot weight and energy use. Payload classes extend into applications that would otherwise require dedicated gantries or special manipulators.

Within the family, the KR 560 R3100-2 configuration is positioned for applications that require 560 kg of payload capacity and a 3100 mm working reach.
